I don’t have enough good to say about this company. Their rep Chris answered my endless questions, and was available by phone and text constantly. Mold scares me. I have very reactive asthma. I bought a new/old house in Roswell after living my entire life in dry southern CA. Inspection showed mold in crawl space. Seller contracted Nutech to remediate in basement. First night I had asthma and could not sleep in the downstairs bedroom. Was on medication for 2 days. Chris came out and kept coming out until the problem was resolved. He made suggestions and gave me choices all long the way. I have slept in the bedroom all week no problem. Chris’ main technician Tyler is an amazing bundle of energy and knowledge about treatment. I know if there’s ever an issue they will completely stand by their work.Update: Since I wrote the above review, I have lived in the home for 3 years and had wonderful service with an added dehumidifier in the crawlspace and annual inspections. Still the same great technicians and service.

I worked with Nutech Mold & Water on an air quality issue during a home buying inspection. Chris reviewed the report and reassured us that the problem could be resolved with minimal work, giving us the confidence to proceed with the purchase. Impressively, Chris was able to send Tyler for the inspection the very next day and provided the report by the end of the day, well before the due diligence period was over. Tyler accurately identified the cause, and they successfully resolved the issue. Additionally, their cost estimate was accurate and about 70% less than other companies, who added unnecessary services not related to the actual damage. For any water damage or mold concerns, I strongly recommend consulting Nutech Mold.I had consulted a few other water damage remediation professionals, but none were as knowledgeable as the team at Nutech Mold.

Great company and great people!! Chris knew his stiff and offered us plenty of informed choices for the house. Once you hear the word Mold....tend to get nervous. With NuTech they show you how common that is in the state of Georgia and break down various levels of treatment. IN the end our "problem" was mild but they put everyone at ease and were able to sell our house with no issues. Strongly recommend!

In an industry with a lot of shady characters, these guys were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. Every morning when the crew arrived they would knock on the door and say they were starting work. And every day when they finished, they would let me know they were leaving. The work itself was excellent, and compared with others from whom we got quotes, these guys were very competitive. Tim, who was the salesman, did a great job explaining the options, and never tried to be pushy. NuTech was recommended to me by a friend, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. I used NuTech at the recommendation of my real estate agent for a crawlspace repair needed for the sale of my former home. The job was time critical and the NuTech personnel completed the estimate and the on-site work well within the closing deadline. The team at NuTech is a very valuable resource to me & my real estate clients, especially the investors who take on distressed properties. What I have found is that NuTech thoroughly evaluates each situation, educates all parties on the problem(s) and solution(s) and then executes the solutions in a safe and thorough manner. I recently had a bad water leak in my basement that caused quite a bit of mold damage. I had a BAD experience with another company that did not complete any of the work they were contracted to do. Chris Daveney from NuTech came out, did a full inspection, explained what would be done and within a day I received a detailed estimate, ALL at no charge.The price he quoted is the price I paid. There were no unexpected addition charges. NuTech was significantly less than the three other quotes I received from other companies.The mold removal crew were Awesome !!! I can't say enough great things about Isaiah and Kelsey. Almost everything in the basement was covered with mold. They worked non stop removing trash, cleaning and packing items I wanted to keep, and removing all the mold. Isaiah and Kelsey were very professional and very personable. Isaiah explained everything they would be doing in detail, and answered any questions I had. Kelsey took great care in handling and cleaning all my keep sakes. They were more than a contractor -- they were also consultants during the process of having our crawlspace moisture problem brought under control. Chris was very patient and helpful. They were the only contractor who found the source of our moisture problem during the estimate phase. They actually down-sold me on options that I thought I needed but they didn't think were necessary. I liked their "let's start small, monitor the problem, and then take more drastic steps only if necessary," (which, so far, hasn't been necessary.)
